BGFS Homebuyer Academy
The BGFS Homebuyer Academy is a comprehensive homebuyer education and preparation program designed to help aspiring homeowners understand the journey from financial preparation to receiving the keys to their new home.
Participants will learn about credit and financial readiness, budgeting and savings, mortgage basics, down-payment considerations, the pre-approval process, working with real-estate professionals, understanding the home search and offer process, inspections and appraisals, closing costs, and preparing for life as a homeowner.
The Academy is designed to help participants become educated, prepared, and confident homebuyers — whether they’re ready to purchase now or need a personalized plan to get there.
